In my career experience, I have worked primarily in HR for more than a year now. I have mostly worked in the recruitment and onboarding side of HR. In my recent job with Qatar Airways, I was mainly responsible for the onboarding process of the candidates. I was the one sending the offer letters, booking travel arrangements, booking their accommodation, and doing the primary induction once they arrived in Doha. I also coordinate with the immigration team for their visas and resident permits. I also have worked on the recruitment side mainly responsible for creating/updating job descriptions, posting them on job sites, coordinating interview schedules, doing interviews, screening applicants, sourcing potential candidates from job sites like Indeed and Linkedin, and so on. I have used Taleo, Greenhouse, and Oracle as ATS tools. Also, I am proficient in using Linkedin and Indeed where we post job ads. Some other tech tools I have used are Slack, TopFunnel, Google Workspace, Calendly, and Canva.
