• High touch interaction with client executive leadership and key stakeholders to understand their business, challenges and workforce planning.
• Joe has been directly involved in the creation of the talent delivery strategies in support of his client’s hiring plans resulting in more than 400 hires in 2022.
• Hands-on experience breaking and expanding large enterprise accounts growing each from zero to over $10MM in revenue before they were transitioned to Strategic Accounts.
• Responsible for building the sales teams and strategy to deliver on client expectations.
• Joe had overall sales leadership and P&L responsibility for the Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC Markets for 3 years (2017 – 2020) with +$100M Revenue.
• Joe has been both a regional leader and a market-focused leader and has always been is very hands-on in hiring and development of staff.
