Co-designer of the strategic plan and institutional relationship for the establishment of the foundation in Colombia in 2019. Execution of the support fund for the Venezuelan and Colombian migrant population returned in Colombia for the selection, adjudication, co-design of programs and monitoring of NGO executors of programs, channeling funds in the amount of USD 2.3 million, with results in 6 months of 15 thousand direct beneficiaries of medium-term impact programs in areas of health, nutrition and access to basic services. To date, the foundation has more than 65 thousand indirect total beneficiaries.

Responsible for inter-institutional relations at national and international level achieving 5 high-level alliances in 1 year and a valuation of 3 million USD.
