With +17 years of experience in various HR roles, I have developed a deep expertise in drive HR strategy, HR innovation, as well in Compensation and Benefits management, Expatriates Management, Payroll process, Organizational Development, Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity Equity and Inclusion. My mission is to create a culture of excellence and innovation that attract, engage, and retain the best talents in the industry. I have introduced and facilitated internal committees of employees to discuss and implement initiatives related to sustainability, gender, race, and other topics that foster diversity, inclusion, and social impact. I have also streamlined and optimized HR processes, policies, and systems, leveraging data and technology to reduce costs, risks, and complexity. I am passionate about enhancing the employee experience and aligning HR objectives with the company's vision and values.
