I actively communicated with customers to establish stock limits for daily deliveries, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining a steady flow of sales. Additionally, I focused on reducing the daily stock of products I carried, which streamlined my sales process. I also sought out new and more affordable suppliers to enhance my profit margins. Although I may appear inexperienced, I am eager to learn about operations improvement in the corporate world, with the goal of providing significant value to the company and its shareholders.
