I am a professional with a bachelor's and master's degree in finance and Banking, graduated from the Central American Technological University (UNITEC), Honduras. I have built my career in project management from inception to closure, covering both technical and financial components. My work across all stages of the project cycle includes planning (developing work plans), execution (field visits, communication with partners and government entities), monitoring (field visits, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables), data processing (database management, statistical analysis), preparing technical progress reports at various frequencies, and designing strategies to achieve grant objectives. On the financial side, I have prepared budgets and amendments, monthly and final financial reports, donor accountability reports, monthly financial monitoring, disbursement support and collaborate with external audits. To strengthen my academic and professional growth, I have pursued self-paced online studies focused on the Project Management Professional (PMP) course (Project Management Institute), Development Project Management (InterAmerican Development Bank), and Data Analysis tools using Excel and Power BI for relevant data visualization (MS-Excel / Power BI / G-Talent). My professional background also includes university teaching, delivering courses that have been invaluable in supporting my professional practice. These include Financial Administration and Analysis, Strategic and Financial Planning, Managerial and Financial Accounting, and Project Thesis Evaluation (Polytechnic University of Engineering, UPI). commitment, and experience working in complex and high-pressure environments.
