As a Partner Support Representative, I was responsible for providing follow-ups to dealers already signed up with us, ensuring their needs were met and fostering strong relationships. I efficiently transferred calls to the appropriate departments, facilitating smooth communication within the organization. My role also involved searching for potential dealers and stores, which required a keen eye for market opportunities. I placed orders for clients from across the country, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction. Additionally, I conducted consultative talks to provide information as needed, addressing any inquiries from clients. I also placed orders of products to dealers and Business Development Managers, streamlining the ordering proces
