Govinda Seva Pabón Rey

Hello, I'm Govinda. I'm based in Ecuador and have worked as a medical interpreter for the past four years with a U.S.-based company, providing consecutive interpretation services across medical settings and various industries. In addition to my interpreting experience, I'm completing my bachelor's degree in psychology. I finished my internship in 2024. My first role was at a foundation that supports women by offering psychological services, legal assistance, and social work for victims of domestic violence. I was responsible for reaching out to patients, following up on their cases, conducting assessments, writing reports, and providing counseling. My second role was at a psychiatric clinic offering psychiatric care, therapy, neurofeedback, and biofeedback. My duties included conducting medical history and intake interviews, administering psychological tests, and operating EEG devices for neurofeedback training. I also have experience as an ESL teacher and graphic designer. Each role has helped me develop valuable skills, a strong ability to adapt, and a professional yet approachable demeanor.
