The campaign unfortunately closed and we were transfered to a campaign that scheduled also. This time we scheduled dental appointments. After my first six months working for KM2 I was able to apply for a Team Lead role which I later on was hired for. I was able to interact directly with the client via emails and meetings. I was also able to support my supervisor, manager and trainer. I helped as team support and helped my supervisor with her production reports.
