Starting as a small child, tinkering on my dads old car happened on a routine and made my days even though everything was pure mechanics, not electronics. Still, it was only during my high-school years were I understood that the newly fresh passion for programming was not necessarily only "virtual". Those were my first steps into embedded development.
Later on, this grew even more, and during my undergraduate I found myself in the area of new algorithms, new software, control theory, special mathematics, signal processing, etc. which made me see the entire world in a new way.
To continue with the fields of interest that appeal to me, I can say that positions which imply software development are the highest rated, given the experience in the automotive industry which implied development of automated functional test on HILs for different electronic modules. The challenge of SW and HW debugging a triggers the due interest.
Given the high demand in new features and further development in the wide area of technology, but especially in the field of automotive, I can say that working on the production area as a Test Engineer and afterwards as a Launch Test Engineer was a never ending challenge, but which brought a lot of know-how in the standardized methods of continuous improvement and also kept me on a high paced ascending learning-curve. Fortunately, there is still a lot more out there to be learnt, which is great.
I consider myself as a goal oriented person, which pays a high degree of attention to details and I tend to be over zealous when it comes to my tasks and their outcome. Given my previous experiences, time pressure and multiple project assignments were not an issue as I tend to schedule my tasks on my own, always delivering the solutions in time.
On another note, I can declare myself as a people person, for which the relations with the ones beside me are very important, both professionally as well as personal.
