I am a virtual assistant, I am not a fan of taking actions that do not provide me any kind of benefit, I believe in the development and learning day by day that allows you to grow both professionally and personally, I am strategic, analytical, dedicated, always looking for something that allows me to learn in the best way. I am familiar with tools such as ChatGPT, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Trello, GHL, Ring Central, among others. I like customer service I think it is something that always has new challenges and incredible learning and I consider it necessary for everything. It has been 3 years of experience and development mostly with companies in the United States but also working with companies in Venezuela remotely, I am looking for new challenges and a remuneration according to the level of the challenge, I have always thought that it is the healthiest way to have a business relationship and a good incentive according to the quality of work. I have worked in different areas such as insurance, restaurants, dealerships that have allowed me to learn how to have a high performance and what is really teamwork, I have also worked in demanding projects with different teams being able to manage and face the different challenges to achieve the goal. I think that working in different environments has given me the ability to exercise an excellent management of resources, work and in this way solve problems providing solutions and allowing me to grow efficiently.
