At the beginning of 2025, I took three months off to join a career development mentorship. After realizing I had been switching companies frequently, I dove into the process to better understand my professional profile and the kind of culture and challenges that truly motivate me. Today, I seek environments that value innovation, fast-paced growth, and collaborative teams.
