Experienced Haskell Functional Programmer and Machine Learning Engineer. Interested in using Julia for Machine Learning/Data Science/Statistics, and using Haskell for everything else. I have 15+ years of experience as a software engineer, mostly doing back end and machine learning work. This past five years my main general purpose language has been Haskell, and I would like to continue working with Haskell. I have also worked extensively with Python and R for data science and machine learning, but I think the newer language Julia is a superior option to both of those and I am very interested in working with Julia on my next project. That said, I am still open to Python or R if the project is particularly interesting. I am based in Miami Beach and not looking to relocate, so I am open to remote work, and local work in Miami Beach only. Please DO NOT CALL ME.
