Passionate about growth and innovation, my diverse experiences have honed my leadership. Despite a very challenging environment, I maintained a core team for over 3 years, instilling my passion and a sense of purpose that contributed to the successful performance and growth we achieved.
Strategic Vision:
At DS Smith, I have strategized and launched the first 100% sustainable packaging e-commerce business in Europe. In 2018, I envisioned and anticipated the core trends that are now impacting plastic packaging and challenging the status quo of the current players. Following this strategy, I achieved a +700% topline growth rate over three years, managing a full end-to-end P&L and reaching positive EBITDA within the first two years.
P&L Management:
As DS Smith ePack's MD, I expanded our European footprint swiftly. Strategic negotiations led to substantial topline growth, and my CAPEX decisions fueled our ascent. I have managed triple-digit growth while keeping working capital levels stable, and have always pursued a focused cost-reduction approach that led the way to profitability faster.

As a customer-focused leader, I champion collaboration for mutual growth. Whether launching a global program in Brazil amidst skepticism or establishing a new FTSE100 division, I've fostered influential partnerships, prioritizing win-win outcomes. For every challenge I encountered, I have always looked at the path of mutual collaboration and success, shaping my mindset to negotiate and foster long-term partnerships.
Change & People Leadership:
At DS Smith, developing a new organization with new ways of working required a strong change management approach. I had to win over skepticism and resistance while adhering to non-negotiable governance processes, which required not only resilience but a strong influence agenda to win key people and be able to move forward.
Communication Process:
Over 15 years, my communication has been pivotal—whether guiding investment bankers in M&A deals or illustrating to warehouse staff the impact of their role on customer loyalty. This adaptability has been instrumental in my achievements.
