As a creative design lead with over 25 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work for a variety of companies around the world and with major brands in diverse industries. I have been involved in creative processes for the medical industry, cyber security, artificial intelligence, and now in the hospitality sector. My expertise in design has allowed me to approach each project with a unique perspective, carefully considering the needs of the client and their target audience. I have always been a firm believer that design is more than just aesthetics, it is a tool for problem-solving and communication. In my experience, I have learned that the creative process is not linear and often requires a lot of trial and error. However, I have also discovered that some of the best ideas come from collaboration and taking risks. I have always encouraged my team to be open-minded and think outside the box when it comes to design solutions. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work on projects that have had a real impact on people's lives. From designing medical devices that improve patient outcomes to creating interfaces for AI technology that simplify complex data, I have always sought to create meaningful designs that make a difference. My current focus in the hospitality industry has allowed me to bring my passion for design to a new level. I have enjoyed exploring the unique challenges of this industry, such as creating memorable experiences for guests while balancing business objectives.
