I started in sales at 16 and quickly became a sales manager and next was recruiter and trainer responsible for hiring, training and retaining our entire sales team. This led to me embracing entrepreneurship and shortly after joining my first network marketing company I realized the potential for the owner and began launching online MLM companies. This kept me tech savy and up to date on the latest trends, I learned how to develop compensation plans , with complex bonuses and relay this information to software developers I outsourced work too. I eventually learned much of the basics on my own and internet marketing , software development and building international companies that grew rapidly often companies folded due to the overwhelming level of success they were not planned for. So I learned how to be ready and have issues I learned I'd encounter with 10,000 affiliates in a couple months. I got tired of MLM and the negative perception and began trading forex and binary options , which led to my involvement in crypto and ico's and blockchain tech, Defi was challenging to explain to investors and before I could start a decentralized exchange and betting platform, NFTS were taking the web by the storm, and now AI. I have experience with CMS , CRM tools, Microsoft, Google analytics , Google ads, A/B split campaigns, and online advertising. I've spent 26 years mastering skills and could easily work as a Regional Sales Manager responsible for 200 stores and expansion , supervising a sales team , and more. I believe I can succeed and break records with conventional businesses no matter how complex and challenging demanding the position. Only because I am accustomed to running 3 monitors , a call center for customers and sales support, recruiting leaders to teach and build , while working on the most challenging industries. I enjoy running large operations and being responsible for the sales team, or every department and work with the head of each department to have their teams meeting deadlines and surpassing goals. If I haven't learned a CRM , or CMS or specific reporting tool or software program I will in a very short period of time. I have done B2B, B2C, Door to door, SasS, ERP, Ethical hacking, direct response marketing, mail order, I developed my own courses and sold them via events, and seminars and full page ads in magazines. I'm pretty well rounded and if you given an opportunty that lights a fire under me, I will not disappoint.
