• 8 years of accomplished experience working in the Software QA Testing field with 5 years in a Lead role. • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, Testing Standards, Test Processes, and Test Methods to validate and ensure software quality through testing. • Proven hands-on experience overseeing and coordinating testing activities; test planning, test case development, test execution, defect reporting, change, configuration, and release management. • Project and people management experience leading large cross-functional teams with resources of up to 20+ located on and offshore. • Testing Governance experience including defining, implementing, overseeing, and compliance. • Liaison experience working and coordinating testing between different external vendors, third-party application owners, and implementation teams. • Extensive experience defining successful test strategies and test plans on multiple concurrent projects with a global impact/ reach. • Experienced in developing Test Plans and managing test case development and Test Cases based on business requirements. • Experience in Black Box, Positive, Negative, Data-driven, regression testing, functional testing, integration, system testing (end-to-end), and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Experience in testing in Client/Server, Web, and Mobile application testing. • Strong experience with various Test Management and Defect Tracking Tools including HP's ALM, JIRA, Panaya, Test Rail, and Monday. • Ability to work in an Agile environment consistently within established timelines. • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Highly analytical, with a strong technical background and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, environments, and complex integrated systems. • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and leadership skills. • US Citizen
