As a Sales Marketer, I was responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue targets. This senior-level role involved overseeing all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, account management, and forecasting. I managed and optimized the sales process, focusing on lead generation, pipeline management, and opportunity identification. Additionally, I implemented and monitored sales metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting systems to continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies, driving efficiency and effectiveness. I also oversaw the development and implementation of account management strategies for key clients.
