For me, empathy is behavioral and I live it all the time. I try to put myself in the shoes of others and help solve their challenges.
I understand that empathy is one of the most valuable assets for the success of today's companies, and it is something that helped me stand out in previous projects.
I am something like an evangelist of corporate empathy, in the WordCamp Bogotá 2018 I talked about "the empathy plugin"

+ 10 years of experience in customer service
+ 2 years in Design, Product, Operations and Customer Success in a technology-based startup SaaS type
+ In this startup I also worked understanding the complement between user experience, product design and technical scope
