- Simetrik is a financial control automation platform for enterprises
focused on reconciliations.
- It allows finance teams to be autonomous from their technology teams to set up automations to control high volumes of transactions in a secure and scalable way. We made a big data BackEnd look like Excel
- As TSE, we are the first customer line of contact. My responsibility is to
handle all tickets received by Zendeks, resolve them or escalate them
within the established SLAs.
- In the process of solving tickets, I use tools such as:
AWS S3 file hosting
AWS Cloudwatch, to analyze and interpret logs.
AWS BATCH, which is our job orchestrator.
AWS Workspaces.
Snowflake, our warehouse to query data in production.
