I am a passionate and committed individual in the projects I take part in. As an INFJ personality type, I thrive in purpose-driven environments and value meaningful connections, which has guided my work in healthcare and education. I have solid experience as a Medical Interpreter (Spanish <> English) and Patient Outreach Specialist, providing remote support to U.S.-based clinics with both interpretation and administrative tasks. I strongly believe in continuous learning as a way to acquire new skills and improve existing ones. I’m particularly interested in the fields of Science, Technology, and Medicine. Additionally, I have extensive experience in the educational field, which I find highly rewarding and enriching. Currently, I work as an Operations & Patient Engagement Coordinator, where I lead Meta campaigns, manage and convert Facebook leads, oversee SMS follow-ups to ensure no patient inquiry goes unattended, and support day-to-day operations, stepping in when supervisors are unavailable.
