Transistor-level Physical Failure Analysis
• Performs failure analysis on customer returns both from internal and external customers on systemic and non-systemic device-, test-, and process-specific issues; This includes deep technical understanding of design, fabrication, assembly, and test principles to aid in the fault isolation and/or verification of customer complaints. Customer Quality Engineering
• Collaborative problem solving to solve RMAs, interacting mainly with end customers, field engineers, design engineers, product engineers, test development and applications engineers. Less frequent but meaningful interactions with production planners, process engineers, and production operators.
