With a background in Project Management I turned my carrier into software development thriving in a field when constant learning, creativity and problem solving skills are keys to success. On the one hand, under my direction, our development team was able to kick start digital transformation for the entire organization by the automatization of internal processes and by building tools for every department such as logistics, sales, operations, accounting and end users. This was achieved with the design and implementation of an entire interconnected ecosystem, in less than a year, with more than 10 interfaces including different web apps, and mobile applications, using technologies like ReactJs, React Native, GraphQL, MongoDb. All of the above, on a constantly evolving startup environment where the business needs changed rapidly and the team had to adapt in order to meet dead lines and always deliver value to the internal client where the use of Agile methodologies was key to our success.
