20 years of experience in organizational transformation, innovation, strategy and development of new businesses, management of high-performance teams of more than 100 people, complexity management, global innovation ecosystems and digital transformation. In this journey I have had the opportunity to lead diverse teams in portfolio management (+80 MUSD), innovation, strategy, digital architecture, technology, fintech, sales, marketing, new businesses (+500MUSD), circular economy, energy transition, among others. Roles played in organizations with impact in more than 10 countries. I am currently in charge of the innovation management and CT+i portfolio of the Ecopetrol Group for 7 countries, the innovation, digital technology and business technology strategy, the digital transformation and digital architecture strategy, the investment portfolio (+80 MUSD), leading the group's innovation system, the network of innovation centers, the network of allies for the development of new businesses, the Corporate Venturing strategy, the transformation of the innovation culture of the Ecopetrol Group, consolidating Ecopetrol as the number 1 company in the ANDI 2024 innovation ranking in the rebels category. In the group, I led the science, technology and innovation strategy department, defining the strategic challenges with business to 2040, the innovation and technology roadmaps, and I led the construction of the Ecopetrol group's digital transformation strategy to 2030. I have led as Innovation Manager the innovation and new business strategy (+3 BUSD), circular economy and the innovation ecosystem at AngloGold Ashanti for 11 countries, the creation of the Colombian Mining Innovation Hub and the presidency of the Hub's board of directors, the transformation of the innovation culture, the first 5G and autonomous vehicle test in Colombia and Latam, and the first test of a dual diesel and green Hydrogen vehicle in Colombia. I managed to position Ruta N as one of the 10 most innovative companies in Latin America according to Fast Company, and Ecopetrol in the top 3 in Colombia and number 1 in the rebel category according to the Andi ranking and Dinero magazine in 1 year, and I developed the Mining 4.0 model for the mining industry. He was Innovation Manager at Anglogold Ashanti, Organizational Innovation Manager at Ruta N, Business Director at Fenalco, Competitive Intelligence Director at Tecnnova and Director of Tecnoparque – SENA.
