I managed social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement, while also analyzing performance metrics to inform future campaigns. Additionally, I utilized CRM tools, specifically Hubspot, to effectively manage metrics, oversee social media channels, and execute mailing campaigns. This included reviewing the user journey on the website, which provided valuable insights into customer behavior and helped optimize our outreach efforts.
