Create and implement strategies, new technologies that help the team to meet the established objective.
Coaching team members and mentoring new ones.
Create and deliver quarterly and annual reports.
Divide the work of the team either by sector, industry, etc. or size.
Make profit projections.
Set up meetings with the team to see their pipeline, sales and what they should be doing.
Implement new products or new services we have.
Constantly look for new customers and business opportunities.
Develop the commercial guide from lead generation, through the presentation of the service or product - proposal - closing - customer follow-up and if possible repurchase.
