I've worked across product, operations, marketing, and agency
environments. In practice that means I can run a complex cross-
functional program without needing three weeks to understand
the context. At Skyeng I coordinated projects across dev, sales,
customer experience, and teaching ops while managing a 100-
person content team. Rebuilt the course launch process. Tied
delivery to retention and GMV. Things got faster, adoption went up.
Before that, 5+ years at a creative agency on Danone and Nestlé
accounts. Parallel offline events across multiple cities, thousands
of attendees. Something always went wrong. I learned to handle
it without stopping the show. I close the gap between what gets
planned and what actually ships. I keep programs on track by
spotting dependencies early, managing stakeholder expectations
clearly, and making decisions when there's no time to wait for
consensus. I also care about the people doing the work — grew
team eNPS 3x at Skyeng. Looking for a Program Manager role,
preferably in EdTech, HealthTech, or HRTech.
