    In most of the cases, solutions are easier than expected. Recently I was in a meeting, out of town, and when the final picture should have been taken, we all tried to take a panoramic picture in which all members should appear, because there isn't anybody external to the group that could take it. After getting a solution, it was clear to me that it would have been more efficient to find anyone that could take the picture. The simplest way!! That's the same situation in a lot of problems. Requirement: The servers where our services were hosted were located in Norway. Every daylight time saving change (March/October) we needed to change most of the scripts that performed the processes and spent 2.5 weeks of A players within company. Solu
