I strongly believe in service as integral component of a CIO/Director/ Manager or any IT guy.
As a person in charge of any IT department, my main objective is to fix what it needs to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time.
If there is a non-integrated-in-house-developed ERP, I will choose the best ERP that integrates processes within an organization.
If a company still does not have a strategy to move to a cloud environment, I will define this movement, gradually and planned. Is network infrastructure saturated or wireless net has been grown out of control without a plan? I know how to repair the unplanned projects that have been affecting organization's productivity.
Do you agree with me a CIO or an IT Manager could be renamed as CIO as a Service (CIOAAS) or MAAS (Manager as a service)?
I have worked to KMCF companies in Food industry (3) , Healthcare (1), Oil&Gas (1) and Technology (1)
