I am an IT Project Manager with more than 3 years of experience. I am responsible for the planning, execution and completion of technology projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and quality objectives are met. In addition to this I coordinate cross-functional teams, managing resources and communicating project progress to stakeholders. Also, I am responsible for identifying risks and potential issues, proposing effective solutions and adjusting the schedule as needed. I have led projects in software development, technology systems implementation and data engineering. The methodologies I use the most are agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies. I also have strong knowledge using project management tools such as Jira, Trello or Microsoft Project, and excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders for problem solving and follow-up.
