My job as a Customer Success agent is to help our customers make the most out of our products, educate the customer on how they work, and solve problems, all of these with the aim of providing incredible experiences.
As a team, we work with other operational teams such as Development and Product to improve existing features to deliver superior experiences.
What do I do?
◆ I provide bilingual technical support (English / Spanish) on our platforms (Zendesk, GitHub, Canny).
◆ Maintenance and flows creation for our chatbot (Support Automation)
◆ I carry out manual testing (desktop and mobile) of the applications and the support platform.
