People Operations Associate
Copenhagen, Denmark
With an HR Professional Diploma and 8 years of HR experience across MENA, Europe, Asia and HQ, I am a People Operations Associate at UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) in Copenhagen. As a CIPS 2 holder, I specialize in digital HR delivery, talent acquisition and advisory. I bridge the gap between HR and procurement by using ERP systems, ServiceNow and automation to drive operational excellence across our international duty stations.
In my current capacity, I manage the complex lifecycle of staff and non staff contracts while helping with budget monitoring and purchase orders. I am passionate about process optimization and constantly work to refine SOPs and Way of work to eliminate operations bottlenecks and ensure our workflows remain efficient and audit ready.
Previously, as an HR Associate within the UNDP Global Shared Services Center (GSSC), I supported 6 UN Agencies and managed portfolios for up to 40 countries simultaneously. To accelerate our global advisory work, I developed a custom Copilot AI agent to serve as a policy advisor for our team, providing instant and accurate guidance to colleagues worldwide.
