I'm the CEO of Torre (torre.ai), where we are building THE new job network. We're the first company to fully automate recruiting end-to-end. We use many types of AI, including self-driving recruiters who replicate human intuition. Previously, I co-founded and bootstrapped Voice123, the first and largest global marketplace for voice-overs, and Bunny Studio, a mission-critical outsourcing solution for creative work, both with my wife, Tania Zapata. With this experience, I then co-founded Torrenegra Organization to support bootstrapped entrepreneurs in accelerating their businesses. I hold multiple patents related to the dynamics of job marketplaces. MIT honored me with the Innovator Under 35 award, with the High-Impact Entrepreneur title by Endeavor, and named Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. Together, Tania and I have angel-invested in 50+ tech companies. In 2017, I joined Sony's Shark Tank Colombia and Shark Tank Mexico as an investor.
