As an Operations & Claims Administrator, I was responsible for managing claims processing and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. I coordinated with various departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency, while also providing exceptional support to clients throughout the claims process. Additionally, I assisted new Agents in setting up their sales targets as an Independent Contractor, which involved creating a website using WordPress to enhance their online presence and ensuring it met SEO requirements for better visibility. To maintain organization and accessibility, I utilized Google Drive for file storage, which helped prevent data loss and facilitated easy retrieval of important documents.
