I own products. Not just the roadmap document, but the business case behind every item on it, the technical requirements that make engineering actually start without questions, and the data that tells you whether what shipped is working. Over five years I have taken products from zero to production across GenAI automation, computer vision ML pipelines, identity verification, real-time communication infrastructure, ERP integrations, and multi-platform SaaS, working directly at the intersection of business goals and engineering execution.
I earn engineers' trust by speaking their language. I work through API contracts, challenge architectural tradeoffs, review data model decisions, and write specs detailed enough that development starts clean. I manage cross-functional teams of 8-12 across frontend, backend, mobile, QA, and DevOps, and I translate ambiguous business problems into prioritized, clearly scoped work that ships on time and performs against defined success metrics.
