Currently working as the Product Manager for reporting for Personify Health, which encompasses two different reporting suites - In app reporting tools for our wellbeing app PersonifyYou, and a set of standard insurance metric dashboards for our TPA insurance business. Much of the wellbeing product was already built when I came on board, allowing me to focus on strategic updates to enhance value, while the TPA insurance reporting was built from scratch after the merger with HealthComp was finalized at the start of this year. For those reports, there were some ideas already in place, but I took over full management of these reports to lead a development team in building 10 separate reporting solutions for both internal and external use.
