While using the app in early 2022, I found a problem with the lack of uniformity in the service because of the different tones for each service function. In addition, due to the nature of the log app, which covers finance, insurance, and healthcare services, jargon was too difficult for users. Therefore, the UX writing guidebook was created by establishing the image of a supporter who helps manage personal health in a friendly way in the LOG app. In order to build this image, the vision, mission, and identity of the service had to be defined.
