As a Technical Support Specialist, I provided dedicated support to American citizens, assisting them in resolving various issues encountered while using Optimum's land-line and mobile services. In addition to my primary responsibilities, I also engaged in administrative assistance tasks, which, while not the main focus of my role, helped refine my organizational skills and attention to detail. This experience in administration was further enhanced during my subsequent position at Hilton, where I continued to develop these skills alongside my technical support duties.
