With more than 25 years of experience in construction management, I have built not only complex facilities, but a reputation for delivering high-impact projects with precision, accountability, and purpose.

I currently serve as a member of the leadership team at Terrapin Construction Group, where we design and build commercial facilities across the country in virtually every asset class. Our work spans fast-paced, highly coordinated projects that demand speed, technical rigor, and disciplined execution, all while maintaining a client-first mindset.

Before TCG, I served as Vice President of the Project Management Office at urban-gro, Inc. (Nasdaq: UGRO), leading teams delivering complex projects across healthcare, higher education, light industrial, and Controlled Environment Agriculture. I thrive in environments that value innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Throughout my career, I have founded, scaled, and successfully exited multiple design-build construction firms, driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for solving complex problems. I hold PMP, National General Contractor (Class B), LEED AP, and OSHA 30 certifications, reflecting a long-standing commitment to best practices and continuous improvement.
