I am an Administrative Engineer with strong skills to lead and manage. I have experience in financial processes, marketing, and customer service. I have worked on automatization and standardization projects, also like to create rapport and communication bonds between our company and the customers. I am also worked as a consultant in CRM and analytics to provide strategies based on data to improve processes inside the company and work teams. I joined Stanley Black & Decker in 2017 as a Credit & Collection Analyst. I Collaborated with the IT set up on the first location for GSS Americas and with the first moving from Ruta N building to One Plaza business center. At the moment I submitted an automation process and standardization project for the Stanley Engineering Fastening business unit to improve all our internal processes on J.D Edwards and create more accurate and effective information sharing between the company and its customers. I migrate on 2020 to Accenture as part of the OTC project then moved to Mobilization Department (Project management office) worked on several projects and transitions for the company with the successful process and team management. At present days I work as technology and work environment lead for various projects performing successful migration and transitions between our company and the client. I am constantly challenging myself to improve my professional development by enhancing my knowledge and learning new abilities as a professional and as a person too because both of these are connected and are the may factor to deliver my best to my coworker and clients.
