Manages agreement portfolio for different categories: Marketing, Labor, Transportation & Logistics, Capital Projects and Equipment & Materials for US and other regions from Europe and AP. Enable efficient purchases of goods and services to supply mainly US sites. Provide market analysis using tools as Power Advocate, different market indexes (PPI/PCU), cost breakdowns to drive competitive commercial negotiation. Manage bid processes - prepare all require documentation to launch the bid and therefore analyze the results: pre-bid meetings, valuation plan, evaluate cost of change (soft money vs hard money). Analyze bid results and negotiate different commercial proposals to obtain more competitive rates and gain business value for the Company.
