In charge of assisting over a thousand employees and managers with questions about Benefits, Payroll, R&S, T&D and labor laws; recruitment end-to-end for tech, non-tech, back-office, strategic and operational positions for all levels and areas; responsible for analyzing gaps in the area and providing training, both for employees and managers, such as sick leave from the INSS, how to understand payroll and good business practices; carry out investigations, together with the Legal team, for cases of sexual and moral harassment, being the interpreter in conversations between Mexican lawyers and Brazilian employees, as well as preparing an opinion in English or Spanish; constant conversations with the Union and the Ministry of Labor to align ne
