While first working as a sales, and then as an account manager at the second largest job website in Hungary i've gained significant experience in telephone sales and customer relationship management - both with the help of existing customers and with a cold base. In the last 3 years I've learned the features of sales through different ways of communication with clients, and have mastered the skills of providing excellent services and satisfaction to our clients. Currently i'm working as a Project Manager, which means that i create, analyze, or correct all the needed aspects of different working processes to function whole.
