Since 2015, I’ve grown through different roles that each added a new layer to my experience. I started out as a Research Analyst in a B2B company, then transitioned into client services, where I learned how rewarding it is to directly help clients and solve their challenges. I was then promoted to Quality Assurance Coordinator, which allowed me to focus on upholding quality and smooth processes—a role that eventually led me to become a Quality Analyst. Through each position, I’ve built a solid foundation in research, client support, and quality assurance, and I’m passionate about using these skills to make a real impact.
