I'm a Designer and User Experience with creative perspective of digital projects in health, hospitality, retail, gas station, branding corporate communication, media and large corporations. I´m a believer in the power of design, creativity can bring about better solutions to the challenges that we all face in life. I have more than 5 years of experience in strategic design, business unit development, service and product design from a human-centered design approach. Over the years, I have developed the ability to understand, imagine, and communicate all of the different goals, structures, hierarchies, and policies that make up an organization. My goal is to place people at the center of the organizational ecosystem, using design as a foundation. Since July 2020 I have been an Experience Designer at Nueva EPS, at Nueva EPS our purpose is to provide a customer-centric experience (7-8 million aprox. affiliated in Colombia) transforming the health industry. previously I led the Experience Design team at El Cielo - michellin star winner in 2021, creating Menu experience, interior design at hotel Elcielo Medellin and developing new restaurants around the world with innovation aproach. Skilled in different kind of methodologies as Scrum, Agile,R&D, Prototyping, Design Strategy, Creative Facilitation, Service Design, Social Innovation and User-centered Design with Creative Techniques. Master Strategic Product Design from IED, and a deep research about users behaviors, business strategies, branding perception, benchmark and trends in the category through coolhunting techniques. Discover relevant findings in the research, applying ethnographic methodologies and tools that will find new lines of action to generate high impact Be able to adapt to changes and to the evolution of new needs and new media; Be able to take professional responsibility and integrate environmental and social matters in their planning processes; Learn to coordinate and work in a team; critical thinking. Skilled in AutoCAD, Suite adobe, CX, UX, fluent english and Spanish.
