❑ 5 years of relevant experience in VMware administration and basic work experience on windows administration. ❑ Installing, configuring and managing vSphere 5.x/6.x Environments. ❑ Good experience in Dell and HP hardware. ❑ Raising cases with VMware support and resolving the critical issues. ❑ Experience in using simple PowerCLI /Powershell cmdlets. ❑ Experience on Veaam backups. (Monitoring , creating backups & sending the reports to the customer on daily ,weekly and monthly basis ) ❑ Good knowledge of ITIL process. ❑ Generate reports through RV tools. ❑ Creating and configuring clusters with enabling HA, DRS and configuring DRS rules. ❑ Upgrading servers to ESXI 5.x and 6.x versions ❑ Updating patches using update manager. ❑ Experience in providing access to the vCenter and VM level permissions. ❑ Troubleshooting Esxi and VM related issues. ❑ Work experience on templates, snapshots and cloning of virtual machines. ❑ Migrate VM's with vmotion, Storage vmotion and cold Migration. ❑ Knowledge of data storage, NAS and SAN technologies and solutions. ❑ Experience on adding resources (CPU, Memory, Disk, NIC cards) based on requests. ❑ Knowledge on basic configuration of DNS and active directory servers . ❑ Escalate the issues to next level Support.
