I work at the intersection of mental health, public health, and education—where real change begins.
As an Integrative Health Psychologist and Wellness Educator, I create accessible, science-based tools that foster resilience, self-awareness, and community well-being. Over the past decade, I’ve supported families facing catastrophic illness, co-designed well-being programs grounded in neuroscience and Montessori principles, and led national initiatives to improve access to care and patient rights.
Whether I’m working one-on-one or shaping policy, my approach is rooted in empathy, strategic thinking, and a belief that mental health education should empower, not overwhelm. Most recently, I’ve brought this work into the corporate wellness space—facilitating workshops on burnout, resilience, and sustainable leadership.
Key highlights:
– Led national efforts on patient rights and access to care
– Designed psychoeducational programs based on Positive Psychology & early development
– Supported families and healthcare teams in crisis settings
– Facilitated high-impact wellness workshops across sectors
I believe well-being is a right—not a luxury. Let’s connect if you’re passionate about mental health, education, or building more inclusive systems for care.
