I’m passionate about planning, organizing, following up, crazy about the details and team work. As a very outgoing & proactive person I really value a job environment where I find dynamism on my daily activities. Experience has driven me to question different ways of doing and try those that are more aligned with my team values and success; after understanding all possible pain points and coming up with their solutions. Through the remote business model where I’ve worked in the past 4 years, I’ve been involved in different virtual workspaces where I like everyone to feel close and part of through CRM and/or PM tools for effective integration and collaboration. Because I work closely with all team members, different departments, internal and external stakeholders, clients and everyone who adds up value to the outcome, I like to guide my leadership skills towards effective teamwork focused on communication, commitment to common goals and results.
