Born in Lisbon, Portugal and studied in The Netherlands. I've worked across different European cities and I am currently working remotely as a Success & Operations Manager at Melon.

I'm best known as the most approachable problem solver amongst my coworkers. Nothing brings me more joy than the process of solving an issue but also making someone happy while doing it.

My biggest strength is my ability to easily see the social & technical dynamics of a situation and quickly adapting my approach to it.

I've been fortunate to work at some of the fastest growing startups & scale-ups. Throughout my career I've excelled at customer support and success positions in the SaaS world. I now work in developing and executing these processes at Melon.

We've managed to onboard 150+ creators to our Social NFT platform and are now working to drop our very own NFT Pass. The Melon Founders Pass is the first step to many developments that Melon will do in order to further bridge the creator economy into Web3. Focused mainly on the community which is the heart of the space.
