My day revolves around keeping patient care simple.Making sure labs are done on time. Refills are processed. Prior authorizations are handled without delays. And communication is active with providers so every task is addressed before the day ends. I’ve strengthened my multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills, especially when patients are frustrated about medication issues. I’ve learned that listening solves half the problem, and the rest is handled with patience and clarity. Providers appreciate my proactive approach and attention to detail, and that’s what sets me apart
