As the Account Manager for top-tier clients at HBL INFI, including K-Electric, FoodPanda, Karachi University, and Oxford University Press, I was responsible for managing relationships and enhancing revenue through the introduction of cross-functional revenue streams. I devised strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue for the South region. Additionally, I prepared weekly and monthly business reviews for the South region to be presented to the Group Head of INFI. My experience in the fintech sector, particularly working on digital payment solutions such as the HBL mobile app, Konnect app, payment gateway, and QR technology, has further enriched my ability to innovate and implement effective revenue strategies.
